Product Warranty
Product from Longway have one year warrant from the ex-factory date.
Longway will be responsible for all damages and defects from raw materials and the production
process.
Defected products identified by Longway will be changed free of charge (not including cost of
ocean freight and installation). Longway is not responsible for damage caused by improper use,
over-load or by modifications.
This warranty is for products itself and does not include other commitments which are expressed
or implicated. Compensation for defected products is for the free replacement of the defected
products only. Longway is not responsible for other costs caused by accidents, or other damage.

Q: Do you have any certificate?
A: Some of our products are with certificate, if you want to do certification, please tell us, we will
consider to make it as fact. The certificate would ask for payment.
