MD4 and MDS2 vane motors: In 1992 Jahns took over the manufacture, sales and servicing of the range of vane motors, previously produced by Teves. The MD4 constant motors are produced in 4 sizes and the MDS2, 3-stage, switchable, vane motors in 3 sizes with an absorption volume between 51.6 und 2496 cm3/rev. The key advantages of these motors lie in their compact design (small outer diameter) and the continuous hollow shaft on the main drive side which offers multiple different application possibilities. The size 6 is no longer available. Instead, a version of the size 5.5 can be supplied which has the same connection dimensions.

JPSM planetary gear units: Coaxial planetary gear unit in 16 sizes up to 300.000 Nm Angle-drive planetary gear unit in 15 sizes up to 150.000 Nm Gear unit output with splined shaft, keyed shaft, splined hollow shaft or shrink disc. Gear unit foot mounting with keyed shaft. On the input side the gear units can be supplied with keyed shaft for belt transmission, with hydraulically applied multiple disc brakes, as well as connections for all currently available hydraulic and electric motors. For the main drive side, splined hubs, endplates, main drive fl anges, pinions, splined shafts and shrink discs are also available.

 
JAHNS雅恩斯TPV系列轴向柱塞泵
TPV axial piston pump: Adjustable axial piston pumps for closed-loop circulation. Available in 2 sizes as single or tandem pump with a delivery volume of 6.8 to 30 cm3/rev per pump. Operating pressure: continuous 210 bar, peak 350 bar. Version available with mechanical displacement or servo-hydraulic cylinder displacement (dependent on pilot pressure), compensator reset and add-on feed pump.
